1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Menu365 mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.


2. Modifications to Terms and Premium Features
Menu365 reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any of its features, including premium features, at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the App after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. Premium subscription features, if any, may be altered, expanded, or removed based on business and operational needs.


3. Description of Services
The Menu365 App is designed to generate recipes and calculate nutritional information using artificial intelligence (AI). The App provides users with the following services:


  • Recipe generation and customization

  • Nutrition calculation based on AI estimations

  • Ability to save and manage recipes

  • Upload and management of personal pictures and AI-generated images


4. Use of Saved Recipes
You may save recipes generated or modified through the App for your personal use. By saving a recipe, you acknowledge that:

  • You have a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use and modify your saved recipes within the App.

  • Menu365 may, at its discretion and in accordance with your Privacy Policy settings, use or display these saved recipes for user convenience or promotional purposes.


5. Pictures: Privacy and Usage


  • Private Pictures:Any pictures that you designate or upload as “private” are kept confidential and will not be shared outside of your personal account as described in our Privacy Policy.

  • AI-Generated Pictures:Images generated by the App’s AI are considered part of the service output. By using the App, you grant Menu365 a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display AI-generated images. These images may be used for promotional or other purposes, unless you specify otherwise in your account settings.


6. Nutritional Calculations Disclaimer
The nutritional information provided by the App is generated by AI-based algorithms and should be considered approximate estimates only. Menu365 does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the nutritional data.


  • You acknowledge that such calculations may not reflect exact values and should not be used as the sole resource for dietary or health-related decisions.

  • You agree to consult with a qualified health or nutrition professional before making any significant changes to your diet based on the App’s nutritional information.


7. Intellectual Property Rights
All content and technology provided by Menu365, including the underlying AI algorithms and design, remain the property of Menu365 or its licensors. Your use of the App grants you only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access and use the service in accordance with these Terms.


8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Menu365, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:


  • The use or inability to use the App

  • Inaccuracies or errors in the AI-generated nutritional information

  • Modifications or discontinuation of premium or any App features
    Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to cease using it.


9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Menu365 operates, and in compliance with the policies and requirements established by Apple Inc. for applications distributed on the App Store.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.

11. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Menu365 regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
